The Kern 3500 SL, 2600 and 2500 Document Inserting Systems are renowned for their outstanding performance characteristics and reliably high output capacities.

The systems are composed of proven Kern components, which allow for unmatched production capacity:

  • up to 24,000 insertions per hour for the Kern 3500 SL
  • up to 16,000 for the Kern 2600
  • up to 12,000 for the Kern 2500

All of our insertion systems are design engineered to provide maximum reliability and availability.

They are also extremely user friendly, owing to their linear configuration, as well as to various adjustment aids, which allow the machines to be set up rapidly and accurately for an extremely broad range of applications.
