The Kern 305 DirectMail System offers flexible and easily operated feeder options.
They give you a broad variety of mailing combinations and handle brochures, catalogues, leaflets, single sheet documents and reply envelopes. All this fed into a wide range of standard envelopes.

TF Towerfeeder and BF Bookletfeeder modules
With the fully upgraded version of the mail feeder including the tower feeder and the booklet feeder you get the best feeding flexibility of the system. Set up the Mail Feeder in collator mode or in feeder mode or you can set it up with the 2 different modes combined in the same application. With the tower feeder and the booklet feeder you can handle a mixture of flats and booklets in the same application

Prepared to run a job, the booklet feeder is filled up with 8 mm thick catalogues and the tower with 4 leaflets, a sales letter plus a reply envelope. All fed in the sequence you desire. In cascade mode, all trays, including the booklet feeder, can be loaded on the run.

TF Towerfeeder
A 6 bin feeder/collator for feeding of single sheet documents from 60 up to 200 gsm. Various feeding options – collator or feeder mode, cascade or not. High capacity feed trays with 28 mm filling capacity. Double sheet and miss sheet detection. Automatic tray lift for easy handling and facilitating load on the run in feeder mode.

BF Bookletfeeder
The booklet feeder module can feed from single sheets up to 8 mm thick booklets. Filling capacity is an impressive 150 mm. Bottom feed ensures continuous loading. Extremely easy to set up the document separation – place the document under the separators, release the separators and lock them. Ready to go.
